That was it, once I added the commands back to the standard view toolbar they showed up. Thanks for all your help, I really appreciate it.

Hi, Yes, I am using the 3dcontrol toolbar bar within Solidworks. I use the Spacemouse at work and both Trimetric and Dimetric are visible under the standard views section. The spacemouse uses the 3Dxsoftware 2.8.2. I am using the 3Dxsoftware 3.0.9 for the spacepilot. Under the standard views section...

Checked serial port, appears to be working according to Device Manager, I don't really know what else to check. Everytime I manually start the driver, the Space Mouse Plus beeps. Then I get the error message cannot find 3D controller. I tried different Bits Per Second settings, nothing seems to work...
