Re: Config files for Games, WASD & hotkeys

Thaks jwick, I found the xml file, will have a shot editing later. The new white Control panel 3Dconnexion made is too simplified, the old panel was better. The file has reference to 'XMLCfgEditor.exe' is that an internal tool 3Dconnexion/you use to build configs for the variouis devices, it would b...

Re: Sculptris

Bump for Sculptris

Is it possible to create a macro to simulate Alt + Click to orbit the object on non supporting 3D apps, most of them have a modifier key + LMB for rotation, anyone tried this?

Re: Error 1603 Driver install failed: 3DxWare64_v10-6-3_r3045

I was just checking my installation, the old drivers v10.5.12 were partially uninstalled Running the Uninstalled on the driver produces another stupid error, the setup programs looking for a layout.bin file, wtf? I'll try to get 10.5.12 installed again but yeah this sucks https://i.postimg.cc/jdQ2BR...

Config files for Games, WASD & hotkeys

Anyone out there got any config files to share for popular games, imho there should be a generig joypad or WASD mapping preset built in for example.

Anyone used the controllers as a left/right analog stick or Xbox style controller?

Re: USB Type-C support

Why do they have adapters in the first place? Custom bluetooth dongles for the proprietary driver or some other technical reason? Wacom did the same thing with their wireless adapters a while back. For such pricey devices 3dc should use the latest bluetooth standard then use whatever dongle as a fal...

Axis Mapping - Quick Invert

Enhancement / idea for the driver control panel

under Axis Mapping a Quick Invert all flag for people who have inverted axis brains :-)
every time I set up a profile/app I have to invert all the mapping options manually as 3D Mouse Right -> 3D Mouse Left

Re: Unity 5 Support

+1 for Unity support Thanks to the above for trying to get some functionality going, I;d rather have full Editor support first over any in-game use. Im not aware of any games that use it specifically, if the above authors made a shim to talk to Unitys input manager it might work. Game support via XI...

Portable Drivers possible under OSX?

I have a question/feature request: Is a portable setup possible under OSX? there might be a way to use aliases with the way its based on BSD but I don't have much experience. Current setup is Spacemouse (wired) and Maya 2017 with no admin access. I'd appreciate it if somebody had a list and location...

Re: Portable Drivers

Bump I second this opinion, I have the same situation again and again with my Spacemouse (wired) when travelling, non-root non-admin users need to plug and play with their devices or at least have a workaround that would load the bare minimum driver via script. I was considering the new wireless kit...
