Hi, thanks for the response. I have no listing of "Extensions" in preference window. However, if I go to Window>Extension Manager I see the extension listed and it is enabled. As an FYI, I dl'd an update of Sketchup released today, and the mouse is now working. So seems resolved atm. Thanks.

Device: Spacemouuse Wireless OSX v10.11.6 Spacemouse wireless firmware: 4.39 3dxware 10, v:10.4.4 Sketchup v 17.2.2554 Device worked in Sketchup for about a month, then just stopped working.
