I am having the exact same issue with Rhino 5 SR13, Space Pilot Pro and 3DX driver 10.4.5 Unplugging the device or killing 3DX services fixes the problem. Switching to my Space Navigator Wireless also makes the issue disappear. This is quite debilitating, please advise... Here is a screen capture d...
