Same issue with Fusion 360 and 3D coat. Very frustrating.

I'm having the same issues with my Enterprise. (my 2nd one after the first one crapped out). It wasn't using my settings for speeds or reverse. I had to uninstall everything and re-install. Worked for a bit but now it has other issues. There is a lag where it doesn't rotate at all, only stepped zoom...

No it just happens out of the blue. Sometimes it still works with the screen scrambled, other times the whole thing bricks. I've contacted tech support.

So this happens every so often. The LCD screen scrambles and I get stretched RGB pixels. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to reset. Yet another issue with my enterprise kit (3dmouse and cadmouse). Anyone encounter this? Is it a hardware or software issue? IMG_20160811_132833.jpg Capture.JPG

It might be the hub. This issue came back with another mouse and I had failed transfers with a usb stick. I wouldn't mind testing out another hub.

Also, I did try with my wireless mouse and didn't have the same problem.

I thought it might be an openGL problem using 3dCoat but it was happening everywhere else. It was plugged into the double USB hub that came with the enterprise kit and then into a USB3 port. I plugged the mouse into it's own USB3 port and so far it seems to be working better. I'll keep an eye on it ...

When using the Cadmouse my cursor will freeze from time to time and then snap back after a second or 2. It's really annoying.
