I have tried firmware upgrade but it didn't work. Is there another solution for this issue? Or may the solution be buy another brand?

I agree you in all terms. I'm suffering all issues you describe. A person from support send me a "solution" that didn't work. So, i'm looking for another mouse because i don't want to spend so much money in a low quality one.
