Re: Spacenavigator makes boot hang
Hello all.
I've tried to contact them last saturday (22th april) and until now I had no answer.
Any contact from support, even a single automatic message saying that they received my message they sent me.
The support option for this kind of problem still works?

Hello again guys. Some updated information about this. I've informed the versions switched. New TCe version is 10th and the VIS is 10.1. The "VR Device Support" component, from VIS installation is already installed. I noticed that with JT files (3D), the 3Dconnexion is working fine. The pr...

Hello all. Here in company we upgraded our Teamcenter from 8 to 10, and VIS from 8 to 10.1. After that, our 3Dconnexion devices stopped working inside VIS products. Either inside or outside Teamcenter... for all users. I already tried to reset the user environment as somebody said in other topic tha...

Now its finally updated.
Many thanks.

Re: How to manually remove 3DxWare?
No, I don't have it.
I'm working in this machine by the last 2 years only. The driver was installed before that by previous user or IT guys.
Can I get this in 3DConnexion website?

Re: How to manually remove 3DxWare?
Hello UtaSH.
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately it didn't work.
I can't see nothing in its window. The software didn't find some DLLs to run the tool.
Any other ideas?
