I was having this issue as well in Creo 2. I was using 3DxWare v10.1.4 with 3DxWinCore v17.1.4.10702 on a SpaceNavigator firmware v4.31. I did not have this issue when I was using the same Navigator on my old computer. I still have the old computer and found that I was using the 3DSoftware v3.16.3. ...
