Im almost sure its the 3connexion plug in that is missing. Have tried to install several times but won't install.!!!!

Wireless space mouse problem for Sketchup version 14 problem
I recently downloaded Sketch up Make 2014. I had previously been using Sketch up Make version 8 and I was using the wireless mouse with no problems. the mouse does not work with the new version of sketch up. The plugin or driver appears in the extensions dialogue box under preferences but won't move...
