Re: Windows 3D Viewer & 3D Builder?

Well, the thing is, it COULD be done with some programming. In theory, a program could receive the 3Dmouse movements and translate them to mouse movements that the 3D apps from Microsoft could understand. In fact, this approach can be applied to any 3D program that supports mouse movements in combin...

Re: SpaceExplorer with 3Ds Max 2021

It's absurd, Autodesk 3ds Max is now subscription-based, it costs $1,785/year. You guys are willing to pay for the subscription cost, but are not unwilling to upgrade the computer peripheral hardware SpaceExplorer to a newer SpaceMouse model like SpaceMouse Wireless, which costs no more than 400 US...

Re: Does KMJ emulator still work?

The driver does still support generating joystick events (no GUI for it unfortunately). If you want to use a third party emulator (which is probably more capable than ours), you have to tell the driver about it, so it stops doing its default thing. Depending on the emulator, you may have to tell th...

What happened to keyboard, mouse and joystick emulation?

Eight years ago 3D connexion announced they were developing a beta v10 driver that would support emulation of keyboard, mouse and joystick, thus allowing users to customize the behaviour of the navigator to fit for every and each program (Just like the Wacom drivers have been doing for DECADES!) All...

Re: Photoshop canvas rotation

I also want to know how to assign twisting to rotate. I have read somewhere that rotation shortcuts are ALT+F13 and ALT+F14 in Windows. There aren't many keyboards out there nowadays that have F13 and F14 keys but if there was a way to assign these shortcuts to the twisting axis, that would be great...

Re: Re:

That creates TRUST and trust is what makes people to buy their products because they know they will be not declared outdated by the manufacturer the next year. I know I will be not buying a brand new 3Dconnexion device because I don't trust you. Maybe I would buy a second hand one if I get it cheap...

Different settings for Photoshop pan/zoom & 3D manipulation?

I have managed to install manually the Photoshop plug-in in my Photoshop CC 2015 Plug-ins folder so now Photoshop recognizes the SpaceNavigator. It works in 3D manipulation as it should but the control of pan and zoom in 2D is weird! Moving controller side to side moves the canvas side to side so on...
