mine did that the other day, I held down both buttons while plugging it in, and then windows "found" it again.
I still need to call tech support on it, but its working now.
I have the PE edition, do I even get Phone support with it? I thought it was web only

SpaceNavigator not recognised?
I have had this about 2 weeks now and it was working fine.
I powered up my computer today and the device did not start up, i tried starting manually and nothing. I plugged it into a different computer, and nothing. Windows does not seem to notice it. any suggestions?
