Re: Maya Request

Wow. 2009 huh?
My company switched to Maya and I'm learning it now. My 3d mouse not working in the graph editor bugged me, so I did a google search for a fix.
Looks like that fix won't be coming any time soon :(

Re: After rotating or moving my part keeps moving

Check if removing the existing user-specific configurations solves the problem. See here how to do that. Let me know if you still have problems. Seems to have helped for me. Thanks a lot! Nope, the problem seems to have returned. I think it might have returned after tweaking the settings (increased...

Re: After rotating or moving my part keeps moving

I have the same problem. Calibrating didn't fix it (tried two times now). Same issue both at work and home. The problem started when I installed the version 10 driver. It's annoying, as I can't select anything as the camera is in motion. So I have to occasionally nudge the 3d mouse before I can cont...

Re: Confilic Between Xbox-360 & Spacemouse

I understand that this isn't really 3dConnexion's fault, but a "disable 3d mouse" button of some kind would be nice. It's getting pretty tiresome to uninstall every time I want to play Dark Souls. With older drivers just unplugging the thing was enough (and even that was pretty annoying to...

Re: Softimage: My SpaceNavigator animates the camera

Thanks again for the reply Barbara, I checked my release version and it's 3.18, driver is 6.16.0
I usually try the update wizard first when ever I have a problem. Sorry I didn't mention it in the first post.

Re: Softimage: My SpaceNavigator animates the camera

Sorry, couldn't find a way to edit my previous post, so I'll just make a new post. I Found a temporary fix. I found the Global Transform Camera and managed to lock it. Now everything works the way it is supposed to, but I hope I don’t have to go through this every time I start Softimage. BTW: There ...

Re: Softimage: My SpaceNavigator animates the camera

Hi and thanks, but I can't find anything from the settings that would help in this particular problem. I tried restoring the defaults but it didn't help. Also I tried to change settings in the pop-up menu in softimage, but couldn't get the problem fixed. I'm running Softimage 2013 by the way, I had ...

Softimage: My SpaceNavigator animates the camera

Hello all. We just started using Softimage at work and I have problem I haven't yet found a solution to. When ever is navigate with my SpaceNavigator, a keyframe for the camera is being created. I tend to spin around the model quite a bit, and also scroll the timeline back and forth so it's a huge p...
