I've used my SN for a long while on my desktop and needed to install it on my laptop. The device isn't recognized by Windows (Win7 Home Premium x64). Forum posts point to an updated firmware that will solve the problem. I sent a message through the contact link on the website two days ago, but I haven't gotten a response.
Any way to get this firmware update?

Do you by chance remember the day you filled out the form or did you choose a different form?
If it was different then it goes the long way around before it gets forwarded to tech support.
