does anyone know how to fix this? i tried downloading both the tdxflash and beta driver but can't seem to get it to work. the mouse works fine when i run bootcamp on my mac

I think you can but it depends on the state of your device. Please contact 3Dconnexion's technical support. They can assist you with this issue.
