Hello,
Does anyone know if Xj3D toolkit/browser supports navigation by the SpaceNavigator? I'm very keen on this and would appreciate any information please. THank you!

Not that im aware of, our supported applications list can be found on our Main website under Supported Software, All Supported Software.
There is a Beta driver you can participate in this might be able to use the default Mouse settings to use in the Web Browser.
This can also be found in the same area as Supported Software, Anywhere
