I have a problem vith my Space Pilot mouse.
When I assign function of top or side view to the button. It run UCS function instead.
Can I change it somewhere?

it looks like you changed the button mapping. You can get easily back the default: in the 3Dconnexion Control Panel open the "Options" menu and select "Restore All Defaults ...". If you want to keep other mappings you changed you can get the functions by opening the drop down list of the button you want to change and select the appropriate function. This has to be done as well in the 3Dconnexion Control Panel. Open the tab "Button Configuration".
