Model moves even when hand is not touching device

My USB controller moves the model even when my hand is not touching the device.

If undo pressure is applied to the controller cap for a lengthy period of time, an adjustment may need to be made to recalibrate the device. Open the 3Dconnexion Control Panel and press the button "Calibrate" (3DxWare v. 6.0) or "Rezero" (3DxWare v. 5.9 and earlier).
