Not sure if Blender is suitable. The previous release didn't include 3D mouse support but the Blender team are addressing that for the next release... The functionality of being able to position the model while simultaneously sculpting looks really cool in this video!

Ahhh, the video comments had where to go. Graphicall.org has 2.58 builds that work with the spacenavigators apparently.

I had to end the process and, ultimately, do a system restore just so I could install the latest supported driver, which I'm using now.
Anyhow, is the ZBrush support likely to see any improvement? And how long before this is working better and is no longer a beta?
