zooming too fast in autocad

Hi!

sometimes the movement (and specially the zoom) work WAY faster then they should.. i use the mouse normally, and then suddenly as soon as i zoom out the whole file becomes a little dot and i am FAR away from the drawing. why is this happening? and why is it happening only sometimes? it behaves almost as if the zoom/pivot point is far away, therfore zooming much faster...

Hi frigothermferrari,

I assume you have AutoCAD 2012 or 2013? The navigation with the 3D mouse in AutoCAD 2010 or higher was implemented by Autodesk. You should address this issue with the AutoCAD support. It might be helpful for others if you post here when you find out what is wrong.

i am having problems also with design review and the spacemouse.. contacting autodesk didnt help at all, they just dont answer.

spacemouse support in autocad and design review is crappy.. is there something you can do on your side?
