enter key

Postby rro@signum.be » Mon Nov 07, 2011 3:15 am

I have an application set for MicroStation
I 've assigned a "enter key" to a button
now, The program has build an update, and is named AECOsim
If I want to select the same "enter-key" but it is NOT listed any more in the list: all keys from "insert to keystroke" (6 keys) are gone. The rest of the keys are still there.
what is wrong?

The Enter key has to be in the list of ButtonActions in the profile that is being used. If you made a new profile, that Action may not have been in the template you used.

You can, of course, make a keyboard macro, but that won't work exactly the same way as the Enter Key Action.

The easiest way to update the Microstation ExecutableName is to change it in the default Microstation profile. You can do this with notepad.

The default file will be under something like: c:/Program Files/3Dconnexion/3DxWare/3DxWinCore32/Cfg/Microstation.xml.
