SolidWorks addin for SpacePilot Pro stops working

SolidWorks addin for SpacePilot Pro stops working the next day after installing 3Dx software:

Yesterday I installed 3Dx software from 3DxCDROM v3.7.18, the SpacePilot Pro 3D mouse worked fine in SolidWorks. However, I restarted my computer this morning, the mouse didn’t work anymore. I launched SolidWorks and opened an assembly, I could not see SolidWorks icon on the LCD screen and when I touched the cap, I could not see any reaction. Then I updated the software to the latest version, it still did not work.

Actually this issue happened since I started using the 3D mouse a few weeks ago.

Could you please let me know how I should install the software and setup the mouse correctly? I am using SolidWorks 2011 x64 edition SP4.0.

Hi rockd,

the driver you are using is not the most recent one. We have a newer version available for download on our download site. The latest version is 3.14.2.

Please let us know if you still have problems.
