Acrobat hangs and 3DX beta driver freezes

I have installed the beta driver a few weeks ago on my workstation, and ever since, Acrobat will randomly hang/stop working (without any error message... it either refuses to start, or freezes there) and the 3DX driver (3DxConfig.exe) loads up an entire CPU core at 100% and the 3D mouse stops working everywhere. This happens randomly when I dont use the mouse for a while. I have to force-close the driver, then all my Acrobat files that I tried to open will suddenly open up, and I have to restart the driver to get the 3D mouse working again.

Anybody else getting that issue? Or is it something known?

W7 Enterprise x64 here.
