Problème Space Explorer et NX 8.3

Post by Poison »

Excuse-moi.

You mention you have a new installation on Windows 7. Then I assume that the issue is not caused by an older (maybe corrupted) configuration. Otherwise a clean uninstallation and re-installation as described in FAQ #28 might help.

Please check in the popup menu if you have Pan/Zoom enabled.

Ther is an issue with the button mapping in NX. See FAQ #1078 for more information. If you change the button mapping please use only commands from NX Command Categories (not 3DxWare).

Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

Merci,
Poison

Can you perhaps provide the NX logfile? I assume that something is wrong with the variables UGII_3DCONNEXION_LIBRARY (or UGII_BASE_DIR).

Let me know if it is too large to post it. I will provide an email address where you can send it to.

Where it is stored?

I put the UAC at the minimum and i am now abble to use 3Dx Buttom Mapping Editor. This is the only solution i found.

I already checked variables and everything seems ok.

You should find it in %TEMP% and the name is usally a file where the name starts with your username and the end is .syslog. Make sure you find one with the current date.

Finally, I found a solution by changing UAC level. Now, i'm able to map buttons.
