New to the 3D Mouse. I would like to find a profile where known CAD users have programmed their 3D Mouse for certain programs.

Where are these profiles found for various programs?

Do I have to program the Mouse for each program? How can I share the profile created between 15 training computer for people to try and use the 3D Mouse?

our driver comes with a bunch of default configurations for the main applications that support our devices. The configuration files are in the <driver_installation_folder>\3DxWare\3DxWinCore64\Cfg.

If no config file exists the driver creates a default one in the user's %APPDATA%\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\Cfg folder.

In the driver panel you find the possibility to export and import configurations: More -> Export/Import Settings

• You can find a list of supported application here[/url]. "IMS Map360 Intellicad" is not listed. In order to use it with 3Dconnexion devices, support for 3D devices would need to be added inside this software. Adding 3D device support to an application is determined by the application developer rather than by 3Dconnexion. We have an SDK [Development Kit] which any software developer can download at no cost and which allows the integration of 3D device support in proprietary software.   We advise our customers to contact the Customer Service of applications that are lacking support and request it be added in future versions of their software. The decision to include 3D support in their development schedule is often influenced by the level of customer interest.
