CADMouse wireless point lags noticeble acceleration issues

Is some kind of strange inertia on the mouse pointer movement on screen
Running:

• Windows 10 Pro 1709
  3dConnexion the latest software
  Using screen scale of 150%
  resolution 2880x1800 on a 15" monitor
  screen Mouse connected via Bluetooth

This renders on an almost unusable experience due to the lack of precision, the mouse accelerates and decelerates with a very long slop of acceleration curve, it like you are moving the mouse on viscous liquid

do you see the same issue when the device is connected with the USB cable? Or when using the Universal Receiver that comes with the CadMouse?
