Damaged Spacemouse Pro cable

Post by rkwhitt »

Approximately 4 inches of the cable was damaged from being to close to a heater. The result is a bubbled surface and the mouse no longer works. Is there a replacement or easy fix. Attempted to access the mouse and after removing the screws I wasn't able to remove the back for what ever reason. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello rkwhitt,

I am sorry to hear that your 3D mouse is damaged. Unfortunately we do not provide spare parts. And once you open the device the warranty (if still valid) is voided. In addition this case is not covered by warranty. I am afraid you have to get a new one. :(
