Spacepilot PRO rotation issue in SolidWorks

Hello all,

I am facing a problem with the SpacePilot PRO in SolidWorks 2017.
When I use the rotation option and I touch the joystick just a little bit, the model disappears immediately.
To get the model back I have to press I for the isometric view.

In the Chicken test program the mouse works just fine.

Already installed the updates and drivers again.
Using Windows 10.

Does anyone now how to fix this?

Hello Scheus,

that sounds like a hardware failure. Note that the chicken demo is a quite old demo. Would you please try the 3Dconnexion Viewer? You can find him in the 3Dconnexion Home panel. How does the navigation behave there?
