3DXWare 10.5.4 will not work

I have a new Dell 7720, i7-6820,64bit,64GB Ram,Win7 pro sp1.
I am using, (trying to use) Space Mouse Wireless.
Installed 10.5.4 and get the attached error on startup. It has been uninstalled and reinstalled.
Tried 10.4.1, Solidworks menus do not load correctly. So cannot setup radial menus.

10.5.3 works on my old Dell mobile workstation, aside from having to randomly stop/start driver and re-import saved profile that is.

Using hot keys and icons in place of space mouse will slow me down to a crawl. need help please.
