Unable to create 3dconnexion account

Apologies if this is not the correct place to ask this but I have been unable to use any of the other support tools without an account.

I have been trying to download the 3DxWare SDK in order to use the mouse in my python application.
In order to download this SDK I need to register for an account.

The 3dconnexion website continually tells me that my email address is not registered when i try to log in. This is after completing the form under 'create account' and following the link sent in the validation email.

I have no idea how to fix this... Any help is greatly appreciated!!
