NX10 buttons now wont work

I just upgraded a Windows 7 Pro system to a Windows 10 Pro system and now the buttons that were programmed for NX no longer work. If I open up NX11 or NX12 the buttons all work in it but not in NX10. What do I need to do in order to get NX10 buttons working again. I've uninstalled the 3DConnexion program & drivers & reinstalled them and imported settings from another Windows 10 system that the buttons all work OK. The versions of the #DXware is 10.5.4 for the core & 17.5.4.14569 for the wincore & using this with a SpacePilot Pro. Thanks.

the plugin (3DxNX) is not being loaded for your NX 10 installation. Please check this FAQ if it solves the problem. Let us know what you find out. Thanks.
