Space Navigator...new firmware?

I've used my SN for a long while on my desktop and needed to install it on my laptop. The device isn't recognized by Windows (Win7 Home Premium x64). Forum posts point to an updated firmware that will solve the problem. I sent a message through the contact link on the website two days ago, but I haven't gotten a response.

Any way to get this firmware update?

Hello tuongericdoan,

I have checked our records but unfortunately we didn't receive your request. At least none from the email address you are using for this forum. Did you register on our website?

I cannot share the firmware through this channel. Additionally you need a machine where the device is recognized because otherwise you cannot flash the new firmware to it. (No device found = nothing can be flashed. ;-) )

Please try again to send a request through our web form for Technical Support. First register an account on our web site and next login to this account. Then go to the Technical Support web form and send your request. Once you did this please let me know. I'll check then.
