ESC, ENTER, DELETE key in Inventor

Hi,
After update to the last version of your driver for 3D Connexion Enterprise tastes ESC, DELETE and ENTER don`t work in Inventor 2016. Do you know why? I try to change button from settings but nothing change.

Hi cribo,

the buttons should still work after a driver update. It might be that the configuration file for Inventor has got a problem. Please proceed as follows:

• Close Inventor and stop the driver (Start -> 3Dconnexion -> Stop Driver).
• Go to the folder %APPDATA%\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\Cfg.
• Remove the file Inventor.xml.
• Restart the driver and restart Inventor.

Does this solve the problem?

If not please assign any other function to those buttons and verify if they are functional. If this is not the case you have to contact our Technical Support Team. They will start an RMA for you.
