Startup errors

Hi all, I use SpaceNavigator since 2014 mostly with Solidworks (14 to 18 ) and Ansys (15 to 18).
Operative system Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
two months ago at computer start up appear a wide error message, I updated the driver software but still problem remain (see attachment).
To make it work I stop and restart the 3Dconnexion application it show the same error message but in this case the mouse work, the only problem that remain is the setup panel, it does not work (see message in attachment).
How to solve it?

Hello Giove,

please remove any existing settings as described here.

Next make sure you have the latest driver version. If you do not have the latest version I recommend to first uninstall the old one and the install the latest.
