ERROR 1001 and ERROR 1603 Spacenavigator won't work in W10

I try to install my Spacenavigator on Windows 10 but I get ERROR 1001 and then I get ERROR 1603 and nothing works.
No blue light, no software responds to the Spacenavigator.

It worked perfect on Windows 7, but does not work on Windows 10.

I have downloaded the latest drivers from 3DConnexion but they do not work!

SOLVED

I installed the old driver:
3DxSoftware (64-bit Edition)
Version:
3.16.3
Released:
2013/03/28

Then I rebooted.
Then I removed this old driver.
Then I rebooted again.
Then I installed the latest driver, with no error 1001 and no error 1603.
Then it worked without reboot.
