Re: SpacePilot Keys Windows 10
Not an official solution, but you might want to try the procedure detailed here... But use the 3.16.3 drivers you have instead of the 2.8.2 in the example. http://www.3dconnexion.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=17022&p=48780#p48780 That should at least get the device recognized, but I doubt y...

Re: how to install driver on ubuntu 16.10 and configure the
NQ1) Blender does not change the device in any way. You are just assigning functions to the buttons within the software. Button 0, Button 1, Button2, etc... So anything you setup inside Blender will have no effect on any other application. I have not tried FreeCad yet, and do not know how it handles...

Re: how to install driver on ubuntu 16.10 and configure the
I can answer some of these.... #2 Blender's implementation of 3dmouse support will ignore any button and sensitivity settings you place in the driver anyway. Assign the device buttons to functions from within Blender's preferences, and dont forget to save them! (not sure on the CadMouse, but linux s...

Re: New 3D mouse with older software?
Would be helpful if you mentioned which application you intend to use. It -should- be backward compatible, but it will depend on how the 'support' was incorporated into the application. If you are planning to stick with an older OS, and older application that definitely works with older Spacemice, y...

It takes a special kind of stupid to spam FIFA coins on a thread discussing spammers of FIFA coins.

Re: I cant turn the Led Off
You are right-clicking on the desktop icon.
You need to right-click on the tiny 3DxWare icon in your task-bar, at the lower right corner of your screen.
Then you should see the menu.

Re: how to get spacepilot pro working in blender?
"3D mouse" is really disappointment in Blender. My current settings is Orbit+Turntable, which keeps my rotation center and simplifies rotation. What I am really missing is view move without holding SHIFT key. Does anyone knows, how to keep rotation center with selection and been able to m...

Re: how to get spacepilot pro working in blender?
Essentially you want your settings to be the opposite of what my page shows for 'free fly mode'. You want 'rotate around selection' to be enabled . http://spacemice.org/gallery/blender/NDOF4.png And you want these settings to remain as shown in this image. http://spacemice.org/gallery/blender/NDOF2....

Re: how to get spacepilot pro working in blender?
The instructions on my website are getting a bit antiquated, not as old as that video though. :) As yet, I do not have Windows10 to play with, so I have to rely on input from users like you to iron out any issues. Let me attempt to help you where I can. Can you further define 'isnt working properly' ?

Current status ::
The latest 3dxWare 10.4.4 driver fixes this for Windows.
The MacOS version is not yet available, but coming soon.
There are currently several Maya Ext2 threads running.
Almost all are asking the same questions, and a few are getting direct answers.

3) ZBrush (Mac). And now I learn that in spite of all petitioning, apparently the industry standard creative 3D program isn't interesting for 3DConnection. I dont know about the other software incompatibilities, but the blame for lack of ZBrush support is entirely on Pixologic. After multiple attem...

Re: ATTENTION Spacemouse Enterprise, Pro and Spacepilot user
IMHO, for ergonomics, you cant beat the SpaceExplorer, with the SpacemousePro a very close second. I can try to get pics of mine, but my camera quality is somewhat lacking. I did find these, which are very close to being ortho side views... http://www.solidsmack.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/SolidB...

Re: Got problems with Blender? Read here.
After many hours of messing about the preferences/setting, I have given this up as a way to find a workable fix. It seems to me that in Blender, the 3D-mouse moves the camera that you are looking through, instead of the object you are looking at . Let's call this the camera-oriented approach. This ...
