Re: Help with autodesk and windows programs
Hello Uta, "The early SpaceMouse Wireless driver worked successfully, until an update to the driver." Some older Devices wouldnt get detected at all and the ones that did had speradic movement. The device firmware were no longer within range to update to the newer firmware. I think the dev...

Re: Turn off blue light on SpaceNavigator
Are you using the current driver? If not remove the driver download the current one The LEd should stay off after you have unchecked it. Second you should not have to perform a manual calibration it automatically does one when the system is booted. If yours is not staying off i would first clear the...

Re: No - Customize buttons - button in 3D Max 2013
You have to click the greyed out arrow on the right for each button this gives you a dropdown field with a list when you click on one of the fields you will get button mappings choices. Some are for basic keyboard commands some fields are for the application button commands.

Re: 3D Wireless Mouse jerky in Mac OS X (perfect in windows7
I would contact Tech support. Give them your Firmware version number on the device.
Open the driver panel Open the "Tool" tab write down the Firmware version.
Ask them if there is an updated firmware for your device.
If there is it may fix the issue.

I suggest you try the pairing utility.
www.3dconnexion.com/pairing
If that fails contact the Support desk.

Re: Turn off blue light on SpaceNavigator
In the older drivers it used to be in the main control panel.
It was moved to the icon for easy access along with the ability to toggle the Log file on and off and calibrate the device.

Re: old drivers for Windows
Those drivers are no longer available only the 3.18.0 or a 3.16.3
You can try selecting one of the legacy devices example the SpacePilot not the Pro or a Spaceball 5000 USB.
That will list the last driver for those devices and they still recognize a Spacenavigator.

Try removing the registry key:
viewtopic.php?f=25&t=8442
then run a repair of the driver.

Re: Led lights keeps turning itself on.
The latest driver was based on the Beta driver i did not intend for you to download Beta. I just pointed out that when this post was first printed the driver did have the flaw of re-enabling the LED. The programmers did fix the coding so it would not auto launch in the 3Dxsoftware driver as well as ...

Re: Driver acts as a phantom joystick/gamepad
I'll im one of the programmers to respond back at this time, i dont have the driver installed. It may be due to the Built in keyboard emulator, i would have assumed if the driver was stopped the emulator would as well if not it must be in the processes and continues to run after the driver is stoppe...

Go to the Start Screen. If you are on the Desktop then press the Windows key on your keyboard to go to the Start screen. On the Start Screen right click on a vacant part - anywhere between the icons for example. A taskbar will now appear at the bottom of the Start screen window. Look to the right an...
