Re: 3DConnexion (Cadmouse) drivers crashing game engine
Sorry, but I don't have knowledge about 3rd party drivers. :( Not a problem, I understand. I'm really disappointed by the situation. I have been a 3Dconnexion proselytizer for some time, as I've enjoyed using my Space Pilot Pro for years as a video game developer. However I can use neither it, nor ...

Re: 3DConnexion (Cadmouse) drivers crashing game engine
Hi Bumper, if the driver would crash this would be something we could look into. But as another software is crashing ... how can we help? The developer of your game engine (you?) should look into this. Hi UtaSH, Alas, I am not a coder and have no access (nor any pull) when it comes to code changes....

Re: 3DConnexion (Cadmouse) drivers crashing game engine
Huh, I received two emails saying there were responses to this post. However there have been none. No reply from 3Dconnexion? I realize there is no way you can realistically test your software against proprietary game engines (as they are legion), but the standard Logitech drivers give me no issue. ...

3DConnexion (Cadmouse) drivers crashing game engine
It appears that the 3DConnexion drivers cause the proprietary game engine I use at work to crash when I attempt to launch it, or at the very least it causes the engine to slow to a crawl. This is despite my uninstalling then re-installing only the Photoshop, 3Ds Max and Maya plug-ins. Without the dr...

Re: KMG Emulator - How can I turn it off/remove
**Update** It turns out that the pop-ups are the least of my worries. With the 3Dconnexion drivers installed my company's game engine either experiences frame-rate issues or won't even launch. This is despite uninstalling and only installing (via custom install) the plug-ins for Photoshop, Maya and ...

KMG Emulator - How can I turn it off/remove
I use my new Cadmouse at work and every time I boot up our game engine editor, I get multiple pop-ups about 3Dconnexion KMJ Emulator not found in joypad.dta. It's getting old. How can I stop this behavior? It's not just the convenience of the pop ups, but the possibility that the joystick functions ...

Driver Version 4 - Where is it?!
I have to ask, why have the drivers been stuck on version 3 for so long? The drivers/interface for my Space Pilot Pro are way behind the times in terms of usability. My main gripe being the fact that new installs wipe out your settings. I know there are some hoops you can jump through to carry them ...

Re: Maya - meters as working units - precision problems
Has there been any movement on this? I'm using Maya at work now and we work in meters. Of course I can always compensate/convert prior to export, but I'd REALLY like to have one less step to have to deal with.

Hey Uta,
I misspoke, I indeed want to mix plug-ins not drivers. I will try your suggestion. Thank you for your reply!

Can I "mix" drivers?
Hey, I'm currently running release version 3.14.2 with my Space Pilot Pro for using 3DS Max 2012. I have recently installed Maya 2013 and would like to use the latest driver. Can I install the latest driver JUST for Maya and not adversely effect my old driver for Max? I would do a complete new insta...

Installed new release version - Button assignments hosed.
I just installed 3.14.2 on my win 7 machine/Space Pilot Pro. It seems my 3DS Max button settings are screwed up. I think it saved some of my custom functions but most of my other assignments are scrambled. It's such a pain in the butt to reconfigure, not to mention on new installations on new machin...
