Re: "Reverse" tick boxes are not working
Hi jweaver, about a year ago we noticed that subsequent versions of Google Earth did not make use of our driver. It seems that Google has changed the implementation of the support for the 3D mouse and are reading the data directly from the device. This means of course that any changes in the driver...

Re: "Reverse" tick boxes are not working
And now I have noticed that the "speed" controls don't work either (either per axis, or the overall control).
I wonder if its worth ripping out the drivers and config/profiles and starting from scratch.
Is there a guide on how to completely uninstall the drivers?

Re: SpacePilot LCD screen stops updating
Ah yes. I was under the impression you have the SpacePilot Pro and are using a recent driver. Sorry, didn't read you initial post thoroughly. It could be that you have a broken profile. I recommend that you follow the instructions from our FAQ #1100 to see if removing the existing configuration and...

Re: SpacePilot LCD screen stops updating
Hello jweaver, it seems we now know why the LCD stops updating: the 3DxProfileServer isn't running. This is the process that is handling which profile is loaded. Would be good if we can investigate this. Do you see a crash dump for the 3DxProfileServer? Check the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps (u...

"Reverse" tick boxes are not working
I am using an old SpacePilot with the last supported drivers (10.4.10) and its working quite nicely. But today I had a look at Google Earth and found that the "zoom" axis was illogical.. I went into the Advance Settings in the Drivers, and clicked on the Reverse boxes but they did nothing....

Re: SpacePilot LCD screen stops updating
The stop/start driver tool is a good solution to my problem (thanks for that tip).. Infact, drilling down into "All programs" is fine too, as the Space Pilot is an occasional use thing for me anyway. Its also solved another issue.. When i am having problems with the LCD, I also get a probl...

Re: SpacePilot LCD screen stops updating
Hi jweaver, do you have installed a driver from Logitech? The LCD manager that comes with our driver is originally from Logitech and is a quite old version in the meantime. It might be that there are conflicts with a newer driver from Logitech. BTW: instead of killing 5 processes you can as well ju...

SpacePilot LCD screen stops updating
I know its not offically supported, but am currently running a SpacePilot with the 10.4 drivers and its working quite nicely in Windows 7./ But the LCD screen often locks up and stops updating and I wonder if anyone knows how to fix it? I have found that by removing the USB and re-inserting it seems...

Re: Sketchup crashes when moving and panning at the same time.
I have made some progress and thought I would update this in case it helps someone else. All of my tests until now have been with Sketchup 2016 and 10.4 R2558 drivers.. I could reproduce the issue every time by simply drawing a square and selecting/moving a corner (not an edge or face) whilst changi...

Difference between Space Explorer and SpaceMouse Pro?
I am looking at some 2nd hand devices and the Space Explorer and SpaceMouse Pro looks identical... But I get the impression that the Explorer is no longer supported, where as the SpaceMouse is? Whats the difference between the 2? Why are they apparently identical yet one is supported and the other n...

Sketchup crashes when moving and panning at the same time.
I managed to get hold of an old SpacePilot and after a bit of research learned that whilst the current (10.5) drivers have removed support, the old (10.4) drivers still work. So I downloaded 10.4 R2558 and it seemed to work well. But I have been playing around with Sketchup and have had several cras...

Is the IBM Space Pilot 3D Still support
I am a casual Sketchup user and fancy trying a 3D mouse, but don't have a huge budget. I have been offered a cheap "SpacePilot 3D" which seems old, but I can't find any drivers for it.. Do the current drivers support it? If not, is it possible to get Sketchup working with the legacy driver...

Re: Having some trouble with the 3dxTrainer...
Yep.. Got 10.2 from the download link on your site..
Tried those exact steps.. I removed 3DXWare.. Then .NET.
Then I reinstalled .NET followed by the 3DXware.. And everything works other than the Trainer.
