Re: SpaceMouse Wireless Battery Replacement
Well, just replaced the battery with the one mentioned in the first post and the mouse appears to charge as normal (slow pulsing green as its charging and then staying solid green once its fully charged) but as soon as I disconnect the charger and power on the mouse the LED turns red and it shows up...

Re: 3DxWare stopped unexpectedly
Hi ben_r_, Did you notice if the device was jerky in all applications or just Solidworks? Jim Unfortunately I currently only use my two SpaceMouse with Solidworks and PrusaSlicer and both had the issue. Also, I would call it "jerky" exactly, but more if I wiggled the SpaceMouse around in ...

Re: 3DxWare stopped unexpectedly
Well, looks like it 10.8.3 did not fix my issues. I just cant get anything but erratic control in Solidworks 2021 SP1 and it doesnt matter if the SpaceMouse is connected wired or wireless. I ended up uninstalling and going back to 10.7.4 and everything works perfectly again. Sometimes it just doesnt...

SpaceMouse Wireless Battery Replacement
I recently upgraded to 3DxWare 10.8.3 from 10.7.4 (which was working fine, but I just randomly chose to upgrade) and all of a sudden my SpaceMouse Wireless wont charge and just shows a red LED when turned on (when unplugged). The 3DxWare software still recognizes it and all works fine when plugged i...

Re: 3DxWare stopped unexpectedly
Version 10.8.3 of our Windows software was published earlier today, Oct 21. The new software can downloaded from here . Our apologies to all affected customers, especially those of you using a legacy receiver for the SpaceMouse Wireless or SpaceMouse Pro Wireless. That seemed to do the trick. Every...

Re: 3DxWare stopped unexpectedly
We're tracking this as bug WIN-937 and we're including a fix in v. 10.8.3 of 3DxWare 10. We expect to make the software available before the end of next week (Oct 22nd). Awesome! I just started having the issue with Solidworks 2021 today after upgrading from 10.7.4 to 10.8.2 and its been SUUUUUUUPE...

Re: SpacePilot Pro and Logitech LCD Manager
Okay, what if you go into Device Manager and uninstall the driver by right clicking on it and uninstalling first? Does that make any difference?

Re: SpacePilot Pro and Logitech LCD Manager
Hmmm... Maybe try reinstalling the software/driver from a download from the 3Dconnexion website and then try uninstalling it again.

Re: SpaceMouse Wireless Reverse Zoom Option For Solidworks
Ah! Just tried it and it worked and the setting stayed! Awesome! Thanks for the work around!
And yes Id call this a glitch on 3Dconnexion's behalf. Having a standard feature in all other 3D mice they make and then not having it in the latest one is indeed IMO always an error.

Re: SpaceMouse Wireless Reverse Zoom Option For Solidworks
I have found that more settings appear if you do the following: 1) Open Solidworks 2) Open the "Properties" button of the Wireless Spacemouse interface 3) Close solidworks 4) *then* click on "adanced" settings. Seems like a glitch to me, but that gets me access to that box (but ...

Re: SpaceMouse Wireless Reverse Zoom Option For Solidworks
Solidworks requires an addin, that 3Dconnexion provides in the driver. The ability to switch the directions was not incuded in the Solidworks addin.. You can try the 3.17.7 driver for the Navigator. :( That makes me a sad panda. Of course there has to be SOMETHING that makes this new 3D mouse not p...

Re: SpaceMouse Wireless Reverse Zoom Option For Solidworks
At this time you cannot change the directions it was not included in the release of the Wireless driver. This issue has been reported to the programmers. At this time i donot know if this was missed or intended. Youre kidding me. But I can do it just fine while in Altium Designer, why can't I do it...
