SpaceMouse Wireless Reverse Zoom Option For Solidworks

So I just got a few of these new SpaceMouse Wireless 3D mice and so far they have been awesome. However Im having trouble finding a setting that I used to have on my SpaceNavigator and SpacePilot Pro. I always reverse the zooming in and out control as I just prefer it to work the other way and I am ...

Re: SpacePilot Pro LCD Time Display

Is the "Functions Keys" program selected to run and show on the SPP display? Open the LCD Manager and go to the "Programs" section. Check that the "Function Keys" program is enable and status "running". Then go to the SPP section and see if it is selected to ...

Re: SpacePilot Pro LCD Time Display

(I set the option so it wouldnt automatically switch to it) I've personally never tested that option. Does it make a difference if it is allowed to automatically switch to it? The SPP takes a lot of power. How is it connected to the machine? Through switch/hub? No it doesnt, it just means that unle...

Re: SpacePilot Pro LCD Time Display

You have to be careful with Solidworks. You have to make button assignments inside Solidworks so our plugin will save them. The plugin will take care of telling the driver what needs to be put on the LCD. Don't make changes in the 3DxWare GUI. Also, make sure you have your Solidworks profile select...

Re: Wireless SpaceNavigator :)

Wireless would be cool as long as it doesnt have terrible battery life (Logitech high end gaming mice are known for this) and doesnt sacrifice any responsiveness due to the wire communication. I seems typically you get hindered by one of those problems if not both with wireless "tracking" ...

Re: SpacePilot Pro LCD Time Display

Yea I mean its totally awesome and could be soo useful! I LOVE how it displays the function keys as I cant remember from one app to the next. Although at the moment I cant get it to even show the Function Keys in the menu list thought it will bring up the Solidworks screen when Im in Solidworks. Goi...

Re: SpacePilot Pro LCD Time Display

google is your friend: "G19 applets" LOL if youre gonna go that route, it's FAR more humorous when using this method: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=g19+applets But seriously, I was kinda hoping someone around here had compiled a list of applets that are cool/helpful/common/popular. With as much as...

Re: SpacePilot Pro and Logitech LCD Manager

Nope, now that you mentioned that, I remember that is exactly what happened! I have both the SpaceNavigator and the SpacePilot Pro and on the computer I had the issue with I had previously installed and been using the SpaceNavigator as I got that one first. When I moved that to my laptop/portable se...

Re: SpacePilot Pro LCD Time Display

I wonder if any of the hacks that have been done with the Logitech gaming keyboards with LCDs would work with the SpacePilot Pro. I just bought mine and am awaiting delivery and since I dont use Outlook Im hoping there is more that can be done. Otherwise that screen will end up being a waste for me...

Re: SpacePilot Pro and Logitech LCD Manager

Well, I got it all working. Ended up having to uninstall the latest drivers/software and installing from the CD the older software and ignore when it asked me if I wanted to check online and download the latest. Worked fine and let me install the LCD Manager which now gives me control of the LCD fun...

SpacePilot Pro and Logitech LCD Manager

So I just bought a SpacePilot Pro and installed the drivers/software directly from the 3DConnexion website and it doesnt appear that the LCD Manager was installed because when I click the button in the configuration app it does not launch the LCD Manager. So I proceeded to do some Google searching a...

Carrying Case For SpaceNavigator

Im looking for a travel case for my SpaceNavigator as I would like to be able to take it safely from work to home on occasion and I was sad to find that 3Dconnexion doesnt have one except for the Notebook edition which I didnt like the smaller size nor lighter weight of. I thought Id ask this here a...
