Can I use the same profile of an application to assign them to all? Or must I do it manually?

On having initiated windows I have to give a click or enter in order that 3d space can do of mouse 2d .. it does not do it in a direct way

i can used move cursor in desktop... but not inicialited the system.... i have to press left button mouse normal in desktop for used 3d space in desktop...
how can used navegator in desktop not presing left key of mouse 2d normal?
